If you’re not completely satisfied with your garments, you can send them back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
How to return/exchange
Please follow our process below:
1. Firstly, please ensure your garments are in the same condition as when they were received. All swing tags and hygiene strips must be firmly attached.
2. Complete this electronic form within 30 days of the date you received your delivery.
Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with swing tickets and hygiene stickers attached.
Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.
Items marked "sale" are not eligible for refund. We can offer an exchange for an item of the same value or store credit.
Postage - Returns
Customers are responsible for any returns postage fees incurred and we do not provide return postage labels. We hope you can understand that RAQ is still a very small business and at this stage it's not viable for us to cover the cost of returns postage.
Postage - Exchanges
Customers are responsible for any returns postage fees incurred and we do not provide return postage labels. If we are sending out a new item as an exchange, we will cover the postage fees associated with sending the new items out again.
RAQ cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please complete the electronic form so we can urgently review the matter for you.
